Easy Roasted Potatoes

Preheat the oven, and cut the potatoes into 1-inch cubes.

Add oil, dried herbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.

Place the potatoes on a large, lightly greased baking sheet.

Bake for 40 minutes or until the potatoes are brown and crispy. Flip once halfway through.

Serve the easy roasted potatoes as a side dish.
