Baked Mahi Mahi
Whisk together the lemon juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
Season the mahi mahi fillets with salt and pepper.
Pour the soy sauce marinade over the fish, and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Preheat the oven.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
