Marinated Pork Loin

This oven-roasted pork is a great way to enjoy the cooler weather and pairs well with any side dish!

Marinade: – apple cider – maple syrup – thyme – salt – pork loin

Ingredients

Dry Rub: – brown sugar – smoked paprika – salt – thyme – ground sage – onion powder

Whisk together apple cider, maple syrup, thyme, and sea salt.

Marinade the pork with the apple cider mixture for at least 8 hours in the fridge.

Whisk together brown sugar, paprika, thyme, sage & onion powder.

Apply the rub to the pork.

Roast for 25 minutes per pound.
