Marinated Pork Loin

Combine the apple cider, maple syrup, thyme, and salt. Set aside.

Place the pork loin in a Ziploc bag or sealable container, and pour the marinade over the pork. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours.

In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, smoked paprika, salt, dried thyme, ground sage, and onion powder.

Place the pork on the rack of the roasting pan, and apply the seasoning rub to all sides.

Bake at 325°F for 25 minutes per pound or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F on an instant read thermometer.

After the pork is finished cooking, remove from the oven, and cover loosely with foil for 10 minutes before serving.
