Combine flour, oats, butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
Combine the cherries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
Transfer the filling to a 2.5 quart baking dish.
Add the topping in an even layer.
Bake on 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
