Blackened Mahi Mahi

Combine the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, thyme, pepper, and cayenne.

Sprinkle both sides of the fish with the Cajun seasoning mix. Ensure the fish is evenly coated.

Add the butter and oil to a hot pan. Cook the fish for 4-6 minutes on each side. It should flake easily with a fork.

Serve hot with lemon wedges, a side salad, or rice.
