Tips for the Best Baked Pork Chops

Thickness Matters: Use 1-inch thick pork chops for the best results. Thinner chops may cook faster and dry out.

Even Coating: Ensure the ketchup and mustard mixture is spread evenly for a consistent sauce.

Resting Time: Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes after baking to lock in the juices.

Line the Pan: For easy cleanup, line your baking dish with foil or parchement paper before adding the pork chops.

Storage Instructions

Refrigeration: Store any leftover smothered pork chops in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They will stay fresh for up to 3-4 days.

Reheating: To reheat, place the pork chops in the oven at 350°F for about 15-20 minutes or until warmed through. You can also use the microwave, but the oven helps retain better texture and flavor.
