    It’s 8-28-22 in Northern Illinois, sunny 8:00am 66°F and I just made this using fresh peaches and sprouted GF oats. Made the recipe as written. I will say the flavor profile is pretty spot on with 1 exception. There’s too much salt. I would add 1/8tsp salt next time. It overpowered the sweetness of the peaches and brown sugar. Adding more sugar to the serving makes it better. Otherwise this is a 5 star recipe for sure! Will be making again with less salt.
