Sautéed Broccoli

This simple Sautéed Broccoli recipe is perfect for simple weeknight meals or for a fancier dinner party. 

Ingredients

– olive oil – broccoli florets - salt – garlic cloves – lemon zest  – lemon juice - red pepper flakes - parmesan cheese

Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add broccoli & sprinkle with salt.

Cook 5-7 minutes without turning.

Once the broccoli turns golden-brown, add water and flip.

Add garlic, lemon zest, red pepper flakes & lemon juice. Cook 30-60 seconds.

Remove from heat, sprinkle with parmesan & serve.
