Chocolate Baked Oats

Individual Chocolate Baked Oats are a delicious breakfast to start your day!

– rolled oats – milk – banana – pure maple syrup – cocoa powder – pure vanilla extract – egg – baking powder – kosher salt – chocolate chips

Ingredients

Blend the oats, milk, banana, maple syrup, cocoa powder & vanilla together.

Add the egg, baking powder & salt. Blend again until smooth.

Pour the oat mixture evenly into ramekins & top with chocolate chips.

Bake for 35-40 minutes.

Drizzle with melted chocolate, peanut butter, or Nutella!
