Cut steak into thin strips and toss with cornstarch & garlic powder.
Cook steak in oil for 2-3 min per side, until browned. Remove & set aside.
Cook garlic & ginger in oil until fragrant.
Add bell pepper, mushrooms & broccoli florets. Cook until tender.
Add steak to the skillet. Pour in soy sauce & stir. Cook until sauce begins to thicken.
Drizzle with sesame oil & stir. Serve over rice with green onions & sesame seeds.
