Get the Recipe
Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar on low speed until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add the eggs and vanilla.

Add the bananas. Beat until the bananas are very well mixed and no large chunks remain.

Pour in the sourdough starter, and mix on low speed just until combined. Then add the baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and flour.

Mix just until no dry flour streaks remain.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake at 375°F for 15 minutes. Reduce the heat to 350°F, and continue to bake for an additional 40 to 45 minutes

Allow the bread to cool inside the pan for 5 to 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
