Peach Crisp

This classic recipe features fresh juicy peaches, warm, sweet spices, and a crunchy crisp topping. 

Crumble Topping: – rolled oats – unsalted butter – all-purpose flour – brown sugar – sugar – kosher salt – ground cinnamon

Ingredients

Filling: – peaches – sugar – all-purpose flour – lemon juice – vanilla – kosher salt – cinnamon – nutmeg

Ingredients

Mix sliced peaches with sugar.  Set aside, for 20 minutes, then drain excess liquid.

Mix together peaches, sugar, flour, lemon juice, vanilla, salt, cinnamon & nutmeg.

Transfer to a greased baking dish.

Mix together the crumble topping ingredients. Sprinkle on top of peaches.

Bake uncovered until golden brown & bubbly.
