Green Beans Almondine

This Green Beans Almondine recipe is the perfect simple side dish!

– fresh green beans – unsalted butter – sliced almonds – shallots –  garlic cloves – lemon juice – salt & pepper

Ingredients

Cook green beans until crisp, then set aside.

Toast almonds in a skillet for 3-4 minutes.

Remove the almonds, then cook the shallots & garlic in butter until soft.

Add the green beans, lemon juice, almonds, salt & pepper.

Toss well & serve immediately!
