Coconut Lime Chicken
Get the Recipe
Add seasoned chicken and oil to a hot skillet. Cook the chicken for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, just long enough to sear it. Remove the chicken from the pan.

Pour lime juice and chicken broth into the pan. Use a wooden spoon to scrape any browned bits off the bottom.
