My cranberry Christmas punch is one of the easiest drinks you can make for holiday parties. It’s flavorful, a little bubbly, and looks pretty in a large punch bowl or drink dispenser.
This version is non-alcoholic making it kid-friendly. You can always add some rum or vodka if you want to make this a grown-ups only punch.

What You’ll Need:
Here’s a quick rundown of the ingredients I use. The amounts are listed a little further down the page.
- Pineapple Juice.
- Ginger Ale.
- Cranberry Juice.
- White Grape Juice.
- Simple Syrup (made with a 1:1 ratio of water and granulated sugar).

How to Make Christmas Punch:
This is how I make my punch recipe. I’ll add tips and variations below explaining how to adjust the recipe.
In a large punch bowl stir together all the ingredients. Add fresh cranberries, apple or orange slices, cinnamon sticks, or pomegranate seeds.

Ladle into individual cups, and enjoy!
Tips and Ingredient Variations
- Use cranberry juice cocktail for a sweeter punch or 100% cranberry juice for a less sweet version. You can always adjust the sweetness by adding more simple syrup if needed.
- Lemon lime soda like Sprite or 7-Up work great in place of Ginger Ale.
- If you can’t find a large bottle of pineapple juice, just replace the missing amount with a bit more apple juice or cranberry juice.
- Add pomegranate juice for a deeper flavor.
- Chill all the ingredients for several hours before making the punch so it stays nice and cold.

Storage
If you think you’ll have leftovers, it’s best to store the juice mixture and soda separately. Keep the simple syrup and all juices in the fridge for up to 3 days, then add fresh ginger ale when you’re ready to serve it again.
If the punch is already mixed, cover the bowl and move it to the fridge. The carbonation will disappear overnight, but the flavor will still be good the next day. Stir well, add a bit of fresh soda, and adjust sweetness with a splash of simple syrup if needed.
