Cinnamon Twist Bread

This soft and fluffy Cinnamon Twist Bread makes the perfect weekend breakfast or dessert.

Bread: – heavy cream – water – yeast – granulated sugar – unsalted butter – egg – salt – bread flour

Ingredients

Filling: –unsalted butter – light brown sugar – ground cinnamon Cinnamon Topping: – light brown sugar – unsalted butter – all-purpose flour – ground cinnamon

Ingredients

Combine heavy cream, water, yeast, butter & sugar .

After 15 min, add the egg, remaining sugar, salt & flour.

Cover & allow the dough to rise.

Flatten dough, then apply butter, brown sugar & cinnamon.

Roll the dough, cut lengthwise, then braid the bread.

Place in a pan & sprinkle with topping. Bake 45-55 minutes.
