What Temperature is Cod Baked At

In our experience, cod bakes best at an oven temperature of 400°F. This temperature ensures that the cod cooks through properly without drying out, while still keeping its flaky texture.
If the cod has a breading, it may need to be cooked at a higher temperature, usually 425°F, to make sure the breading gets crispy.
Remember to check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer. It should read 145°F when the cod is fully cooked.
