Whisk egg & water together in a bowl.
Roll puff pastry into a rectangle on a floured surface.
Combine the parmesan cheese with the seasonings.
Brush dough with egg wash.
Sprinkle parmesan mixture on lower half of the pastry. Fold in half & seal shut.
Cut strips from the dough & twist. Bake 8-10 min.
