Apple Cranberry Walnut Salad

Ingredients

  • 5 cups romaine lettuce shredded or torn
  • 5 cups bibb lettuce shredded or torn
  • 3 apples medium in size, cored and cut into bite-sized pieces (any variety)
  • ½ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • ½ cup feta cheese crumbled
  • ½ cup walnuts chopped
  • ½ cup cranberries dried
  • ¾ cup apple cider vinegar dressing

Instructions

  • Place the lettuce, apples, onion, cheese, walnuts, and cranberries in a large bowl. Toss to combine. 
    5 cups romaine lettuce, 5 cups bibb lettuce, 3 apples, ½ cup red onion, ½ cup feta cheese, ½ cup walnuts, ½ cup cranberries
  • Drizzle the entire salad with dressing if serving to a group or dressing each serving individually.
    ¾ cup apple cider vinegar dressing
  • Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
