Beef and Tomato Casserole

This easy dinner is picky-eater approved and so easy to make.

– lean ground beef – white onion – garlic cloves – tomato sauce – diced tomatoes – beef broth – Italian seasoning – kosher salt

Ingredients

– dried basil – crushed red pepper – ground black pepper – heavy cream – parmesan cheese – short pasta noodles – cheddar cheese

Cook the ground beef, onions & garlic in a large pot.

Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, basil, crushed red pepper flakes & pepper. Simmer.

Stir in the heavy cream & parmesan. Toss in the cooked noodles.

Transfer the ingredients to a baking dish and top with cheese.

Bake for 10 minutes.
