Ingredients

  • 8 ounces block-style cream cheese softened
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons finely diced red bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoons finely diced carrots
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped shallots

Instructions

  • Place the cream cheese, garlic powder, and salt in a medium bowl. Stir to combine.

  • Add the red bell peppers, carrots, chives, and shallots. Mix until well combined.

  • Cover, and refrigerate until ready to use. Spread on your favorite bagels, toast, or crackers.
