½ cup olive oil, ½ cup white wine vinegar, 1 ½ teaspoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, Salt and pepper
In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, feta cheese, basil, and parsley.
16 ounces baby heirloom tomatoes, 8 ounces block-style feta cheese, 2 tablespoons freshly chopped basil, 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
Pour the prepared dressing over the salad ingredients, adjusting the amount based on preference.
Sprinkle with additional salt and pepper to taste. Gently stir to combine all ingredients.
