Ingredients

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl or jar with a lid. Whisk or shake to combine.
