Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup spinach packed
  • 1 Granny Smith apple sliced and cored
  • 1 banana cut into pieces and frozen
  • 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon chia seeds

Instructions

  • Pour the coconut water into a large blender then add in the remaining ingredients.

  • Blend until smooth then serve chilled.
