Garlic Lime Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 small garlic cloves finely minced or pressed
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into a jar with a lid or a sealable container. Shake to combine.
