Add the rotisserie chicken, celery, grapes, pecans, onion, and parsley if using. Stir to combine, ensuring the ingredients are well mixed.
3 ½ cup(s) rotisserie chicken, 3 celery ribs, ⅔ cup(s) red grapes, ½ cup(s) pecans, ½ red onion, 2 tablespoon(s) parsley
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour for flavors to blend.
