Spread 1-2 tablespoons of the pesto on the bottom half of each of the ciabatta rolls.
6 ciabatta sandwich rolls, 4 ounces basil pesto
Add a tomato slice, followed by 2-3 basil leaves.
1 large tomato, 12 to 15 large basil leaves
Add 2 slices of mozzarella, a sprinkle of salt and pepper, and a drizzle of the balsamic glaze.
12 slices mozzarella cheese, ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper, 2 to 3 tablespoons balsamic glaze
Add the top bun and serve immediately.
