Ingredients

  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 small garlic clove minced or pressed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a jar with a sealable lid. Shake until well combined.
