Cauliflower Casserole

This Cauliflower Casserole is a veggie side dish that even picky eaters will love! 

– cauliflower florets – unsalted butter – flour – milk – salt & pepper – stuffing mix – water or broth – parmesan cheese

Ingredients

Boil cauliflower for 8-10 minutes.

Melt butter, then whisk in the flour until smooth.

Mix in the milk, salt & pepper. Pour over the cauliflower.

Stir together the remaining butter, stuffing mix & water.

Add stuffing & cheese to the top of the cauliflower. Bake until golden.
