Tuna Noodle Casserole

This Tuna Noodle Casserole is a classic comfort food that the whole family will love. 

Filling: – egg noodles – mushrooms – unsalted butter – garlic powder – salt – celery salt

Filling Continued: – ground black pepper – cream of mushroom soup – half & half – white cheddar cheese – chunk-style tuna – frozen peas

Topping: – Ritz crackers – unsalted butter

Cook the pasta to al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook mushrooms in butter and seasonings until they shrink & soften.

Add cream soup & half-and-half. Mix in 1 cup of cheese.

Add the cooked noodles, thawed peas, and tuna. Top with cheese.

Cover & bake 20 minutes. Uncover, top with buttered crackers & bake until golden brown.
