Ingredients

  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 liters lemon lime soda
  • 2 teaspoons almond extract *See note.
  • 48 ounces vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, 1 cup (240 ml) of lemon lime soda, and the almond extract until smooth.

  • Scoop the ice cream into a large punch bowl then add the sweetened condensed milk mixture.
    48 ounces vanilla ice cream
  • Slowly pour in the remaining soda, and stir to combine.
  • Use a ladle to scoop servings into individual glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Almond extract is quite strong, so we recommend starting with less and adding more if desired. Vanilla or peppermint extract may be used in place of almond extract.
