Ingredients

  • 2 cups Corn Chex cereal
  • 2 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 1 cup Itty Bitty Mini pretzels
  • 1 cup plain Cheerios
  • ½ cup roasted peanuts
  • 10 ounces Valentine's M&M's 1 bag, divided
  • 10 ounces vanilla melting wafers
  • 2 tablespoons Valentine sprinkles optional

Instructions

  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. Set aside.
  • Place the Corn Chex, Rice Chex, Cheerios, pretzels, peanuts, and 1 cup of M&Ms into a large mixing bowl.
    2 cups Corn Chex cereal, 2 cups Rice Chex cereal, 1 cup Itty Bitty Mini pretzels, 1 cup plain Cheerios, ½ cup roasted peanuts
  • In a small bowl, heat the melting wafers on half power in 30-second intervals until smooth. Stir every 15 to 20 seconds so they don't burn.
    10 ounces vanilla melting wafers
  • Pour the melting wafers over the cereal mixture, and work quickly to stir until well coated.
  • Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer.
  • Add the remaining M&Ms and Valentine sprinkles over the top before the coating starts to cool.
    2 tablespoons Valentine sprinkles
  • Let the snack mix set for about 30 minutes to allow the vanilla coating to solidify. Enjoy!
