Add the mayonnaise, olive oil, maple syrup, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper to a jar and shake until smooth.
½ cup mayonnaise, ½ cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 cloves garlic, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Place in the refrigerator until ready to use.
For the Salad:
Toss the broccoli, bacon, carrots, pecans, cranberries, onion and apples together in a large serving bowl.
5 cups broccoli florets, 1 cup bacon, 1 cup carrots, ¾ cup pecans, ½ cup cranberries, ½ cup red onion, ½ red apple, ½ green apple
Add ¾ of the dressing to the bowl and toss to combine. Add more dressing as desired before serving.
