chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1 can (use all the sauce and 2 of the peppers)

lime
juiced
½
teaspoon
garlic powder
½
teaspoon
onion powder

salt
plus more to taste

mayonnaise
Instructions
Add the chipotle peppers and adobo sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder and salt to a small blender and blend until smooth.

¼ teaspoon salt
Add the mayonnaise to a medium size bowl then pour in the chipotle pepper sauce and stir to combine.
2 cups mayonnaise
Serve with your favorite sandwich, French fries, chips or veggies and garnish with freshly chopped cilantro and lime wedges if desired.
