Add all the wet ingredients to your blender.
½ cup canned pumpkin purée, ½ cup milk, 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Then, add the bananas, pecans, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice.
1 cup bananas, 2 tablespoons pecans, ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon, ⅛ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Blend until smooth or until a few pecan pieces remain.
Serve immediately with a bit of whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon and chopped pecans for garnish if desired.
