Place the balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and garlic in a small bowl. Whisk to combine.
¼ cup balsamic vinegar, 1 to 2 tablespoon pure maple syrup, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1 small garlic clove
Continue whisking and drizzle in the olive oil until emulsified and completely combined. Taste, and add salt and pepper.
⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
