Maple Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 to 2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 small garlic clove pressed or grated
  • cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place the balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and garlic in a small bowl. Whisk to combine.

  • Continue whisking and drizzle in the olive oil until emulsified and completely combined. Taste, and add salt and pepper.
    ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
