  • Preheat the oven to 425°F, and generously spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, oil, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt and paprika. Arrange the potatoes on the baking pan in a single layer.
    6 cups potatoes, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon seasoned salt, ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes then flip the potatoes and add the hot dogs to the pan. Cook for another 5 to 7 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the hot dogs begin to brown around the edges.
    2 cups hot dogs
  • Sprinkle with cheese and return to the oven just long enough for the cheese to melt, about 3 to 4 minutes.
