Place the honey, chili flakes, and apple cider vinegar in a small saucepan and heat over low-medium heat.
1 cup honey, 3 teaspoons crushed red pepper, 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Stir until the honey thins out and just barely begins to bubble. Remove from heat, and allow the honey to steep for 20-30 minutes or longer for a spicier honey.
If desired, pour the honey through a mesh strainer to remove the chili flakes.
Serve with your favorite meat, cheese, or pastry.
