  • In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the caramel squares and heavy cream, stirring constantly.
    11 ounces caramel squares, ½ cup heavy cream
  • Once smooth and fully combined, remove from heat.
  • Pour the caramel into a heat-safe container and let it cool to room temperature.
  • Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
