Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels to remove as much moisture as possible.
1 pound large shrimp
Preheat the oven to 350°F, and arrange the shrimp in an even layer in a 9x13-inch dish.
In a small pan, melt the butter then add the garlic, salt, and pepper. Continue cooking for 30 seconds to 1 minute then remove from heat.
¼ cup unsalted butter, 4 garlic cloves, ¼ teaspoon salt, ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
Stir in the lemon juice and drizzle the sauce over the shrimp.
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
Bake for 9 to 12 minutes until the shrimp are pink in color, opaque, and begin to curl.
Sprinkle with parsley, and serve immediately!
