Apple Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas cut into slices and frozen
  • 2 sliced apples
  • ½ cup yogurt plain or vanilla
  • ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch ground nutmeg

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth.

  • Pour into 2 glasses, and sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg.
