Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
2 bananas,

¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon,
Pinch ground nutmeg
Pour into 2 glasses, and sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg.
