Pat the pork dry with paper towels, and trim away any large pieces of excess fat and silver skin.
1 to 1 ½ pounds pork tenderloin
Drizzle oil over the tenderloin and rub it over all sides to coat.
1 teaspoon neutral tasting oil
Combine the seasonings in a small bowl, then apply the seasoning mix to the tenderloin. Use your hands to rub the seasonings into the pork.
2 teaspoons garlic powder, 2 teaspoons onion powder, 2 teaspoons dried thyme, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 ½ teaspoons smoked paprika, ½ teaspoon ground mustard, ½ to 1 teaspoon chili powder
Transfer the tenderloin to a sealable container, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Once it preheats, add the tenderloin. Cook for 20-22 minutes, flipping halfway through (or when your air fryer alerts to turn the food).
The tenderloin is finished when it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F on an instant read thermometer. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
