¾ cup extra virgin olive oil, ¼ to ⅓ cup red wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon dried basil, 1 teaspoon dried parsley, 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes, ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
