Pour the coconut water into a large blender then add in the remaining ingredients.
1 cup coconut water, 1 cup spinach, 1 Granny Smith apple, 1 banana, 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice, 2 teaspoon chia seeds
Blend until smooth then serve chilled.
