Instructions
Place the sliced apples in a large bowl, and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt over medium heat. Add the apple slices, and cook until they become tender (about 5-6 minutes).

Remove from heat and serve warm.
