Instructions
Preheat the oven to 225°F, and line 2 large 12x16 inch baking pans with parchment paper.
Layer out the apple slices on the baking pans, and sprinkle the tops with as much cinnamon as you like.
2 gala apples, 1 to 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Bake for 3½ - 4 hours or until crispy.
