In a small bowl, gently toss the raspberries in 1 tablespoon of flour. Set aside.

In a large bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, and mix until just combined and no dry flour patches remain. Gently fold in raspberries and white baking chocolate.

Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan.
