Walnut Pesto

Toast walnuts in a small skillet over low heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat.

Place toasted walnuts, garlic, and salt in a food processor.

Pulse into fine crumbs, then drizzle in olive oil.

Transfer to a bowl, and stir in Parmesan cheese.

Serve walnut pesto on pasta or toast.
