Vegetarian Burrito Bowl
Gather yellow rice, grilled corn, black beans, lettuce, lime juice, cherry tomatoes, diced avocados and onions. If desired, toss the tomatoes, avocados, and onions in lime juice.
Place the ingredients into sections in a large bowl. Toss if desired. Spritz with additional fresh lime juice.
Drizzle with spicy ranch or chipotle ranch dressing. Enjoy immediately!
