Beat together butter & sugar. Gradually add in flour until dough forms.
Chill dough, then roll out onto a floured surface. Make heart shapes with cookie cutter.
Using a smaller heart, cut the center from half of the cookies.
Bake the 9-11 minutes. Allow to cool.
Place raspberry preserves on each solid cookie. Top with the hollow heart cookie.
Dust with sugar & Enjoy!
